Former SpaceX VP  with >200 successful missions. Led the build of 3 Falcon launch pads, Dragon Spacecraft Ops, and Astronaut training. Commander, Space Operator, Engineer and Acquisition Officer with assignments at the Pentagon, National Reconnaissance Office and Space Systems Command.  

Vojtech Holub, Ph.D.


Co-Founder, CIO

14+ years of research & development, software & aerospace experience. 30+ patents and 17 conference & journal papers. Vojtech’s AIAA Journal of Spacecraft and Rockets article is the founding thesis for our scalable space infrastructure.

Jeff leads strategic planning, financial analysis, reporting, and risk management. Jeffrey is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience leading international teams and developing talent at Rhumbix, OpenFin, Accern, and EY. 

Col (USA, Ret) Dr. Robert Redding

Dir of Strategic Partnerships (Fractional)

Expertise: Strategy and leadership

 Dr. Redding has experience in development of strategic engagement between defense forces of USA and international allies. He has served as officer in Texas and Colorado Army National Guard teams and in missions in Europe and Asia. He also worked as Assistant Professor of Military Science at the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Nicholas Francoeur

Dir of Government Business Development

Expertise: Management and space operations

Nicholas served in the US Space Force where he was a Program Support Manager and space operator. In his most recent role, Nicholas worked as a senior advisor to Space Launch Delta 45 leaders and as a liaison to Mr. Eric Schmidt on regulatory, operational, and technical challenges for Relativity Space. 
Dakota Labine
Director of Engineering

Expertise: Aerospace Engineering | SEIT (Systems Engineering, Integration & Test)

 Dakota is a former Blue Canyon Technologies Lead Spacecraft Systems Engineer and Microsat Product Line Owner. Dakota brings experience in Satellite Product Line Ownership, AI&T Development, and Constellation Production.

 

Tomas Rousek

Director of Architecture

Expertise: Terrestrial and Space Architecture

Tom has collaborated on projects of NASA, ESA, DLR and EU. His research focused on 3D printing, expandable structures, life-support systems, VR and robotics. Tom also helped with architecture of Olympic games, FIFA championship and Formula 1. He worked on designs for brands such as Vodafone mobile, Skoda, Mercedes-Benz and LEGO

Veronica Moronese

Director of Legal Affairs & Space Law

Expertise: Space Law

Veronica has ten years of experience as a space lawyer and space law researcher. Published author, thought leader and role model specialized in space tourism, space debris mitigation and space colonization. She has collaborated and volounteered, among others, in projects for UNOOSA, SGAC and CNS.
 
Emma Leonard

Marketing and Communications manager

Expertise: Marketing and PR

Emma is passionate storyteller and experienced marketing leader. 

She is also passionate about women empowerment and diversity in tech. Her previous experience includes e.g. work at SpaceX.

Brian Franz

Lead Product Engineer

Expertise: Robotics

Brian has worked over 8 years at NASA JPL where he participated on Mars Science Laboratory and Mars 2020 missions as systems and mechanical engineer. He also did research at Center for Space Nuclear Research of Idaho National Labs and Honeywell Aerospace. 

Pierce Ruggles
Lead Electrical Engineer

Expertise: Consumer, Commercial, and Aerospace Electrical Engineering

Pierce has designed electronics for a wide variety of industries and use cases. His designs are in devices ranging from heart-rate monitors to treadmills, and from cruise ships to space telescopes. He has been to over 40 countries, and is a proud father to his 9 year old daughter.

Margo Chandler
Proposal & Project Manager

Expertise: Project management

Margo has over 16 years of project management experience.  Her background includes working across both academia and emerging technology startups, helping businesses win millions of dollars in government funds.

Daniel Shanks

Lead Mechanical Designer

Expertise: Robotics

Dan is a robotics engineer and designer with experience building an eclectic variety of products including racecars, satellite batteries, pizza-making robots, and residential renovation projects.  He is excited to fuse robotics and manufacturing in the environment of space to create structures only before seen in science fiction. 

Maggie Van Sciver

Technical Writing Manager

Expertise: Communications

Maggie specializes in developing high-impact proposals and strategic communications, with a track record of securing millions in non-dilutive funding across the DoD and federal government. Her ability to translate complex technologies into compelling narratives has supported innovative businesses in achieving funding and advancing their missions.

Zach McGinty

Sr. Engineer, Embedded Systems

Expertise: Software

Zach specializes in developing flight software. He has experience with integrating spacecraft subsystems including motion control, propulsion, time-of-flight camera etc. Zach also worked on software, firmware and hardware development for industrial control systems, welding and fabrication of prototype nuclear test reactors, prototype propulsion thrusters and more.
Elaine Smith

Software and Electrical Engineer

Expertise: Software and Electrical

Elaine is a recent graduate of Colorado State University with a double major in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science,  She is leading software efforts for ThinkToolkit robotic arm integration and is one of our certified X-ray drone pilots.

Ania Miecznik

Product Engineer

Expertise: Systems engineering

Ania developeded a strong foundation in systems and test engineering, spacecraft operations, and remote sensing applications. She worked as engineer at MAXAR and Blue Canyon Technologies. She developed telemetry monitoring and tracking tools, and gained experience in remote sensing solutions and documentation. 

Zachary Ruble

Expertise: UAV Software

Zachary was specializes in developing UAV flight software. He is skilled in developing machine learning algorithms for control systems.
He got PhD in Electrical Engineering at University of Wyoming.
Ryan Friedman

Sr. Drone Software Engineer

Ryan specializes in the use of Robot Operating System applied to sensor drivers, controls, perception, and multi-vehicle telemetry. He has experience from working as Sr. Autonomy Software Engineer at AeroVironment corporation.

Frank is former SpaceX Principal Engineer and Launch Projects Manager. Tybor brings a wealth of over 15 years of engineering and manufacturing experience across aerospace and renewable energy sectors.

Justin retired as a Colonel after 21 years serving in the Department of the Air Force and was instrumental in the standup of the US Space Force. He is a combat pilot and has experience in commercial space launch and operations.

Sean leads strategic planning, financial analysis, reporting, and risk management. Previously, he held roles in financial services and corporate development, advising on M&A transactions up to $635MM and led a $100MM spinout.
